The SVG is a real vector file. Text stays text, portraits are embedded rather than linked, and nothing in it points back at Calipzo, so it opens and edits in Illustrator, Figma and Inkscape and stays sharp at any size.
Three activations means three browsers, not three people. Each browser you activate uses one, and you can release one at any time to move it elsewhere.
Activations do not sync your work. Charts are stored in the browser that made them. To move a chart to another machine, download a project backup and open it there. Cloud accounts are not built yet.
It is an activation code, not an access code. The content-calendar packs use access codes, one per client calendar. Org Chart Pro uses a single activation code that you paste into the chart tool. Different products, different codes.
When the 90 days end, everything you made stays yours: projects, portraits and backups all remain, and charts using premium themes keep rendering. What stops is adding beyond the free limits and using the Pro finishing tools.
